If you spend a lot of time scrolling through yoga poses on social media, it’s time to shift some of that focus to a practice you can truly commit to. Introducing our April 2024 Movement of the Month Club, a 4-week yoga challenge designed to bring you a sense of real-world tranquility.

Whether you’re new to yoga or still working on your poses, this program is all about meeting you where you are and guiding you through each posture with grace, patience, and perhaps a hint of sweat.

Leading you through this journey is Paige Willis, RYT-200, a certified yoga instructor and the founder of Undone, a unique yoga experience focused on inclusivity.

How the 4-Week Movement of the Month Club Yoga Challenge Operates

Beginning on Monday, April 4, 2024, you’ll practice one yoga pose daily, culminating in a 5-minute flow each Sunday. Each week follows a unique theme to help you feel rejuvenated from head to toe by the end of the month:

Week 1: Foundational Yoga Poses

  1. Mountain Pose to Extended Mountain Pose
  2. Forward Fold to Halfway Lift
  3. High Plank to Low Plank
  4. Upward Facing Dog
  5. Downward Facing Dog
  6. Warrior 1
  7. Weekly Yoga Flow

How to Join the Movement of the Month Club

1. Print and/or Save Your Calendar

Print or save the calendar and follow along each day to stay on track. Complete the daily poses and flows, then mark them off as you finish.

2. Join the Club Community on Facebook

Our supportive community of over 60,000 members is ready to motivate and encourage you throughout the month. Share your daily experiences, pose photos or videos, or discuss yoga-related content.

3. Equip Yourself

While you only need your body for this program, consider using a yoga mat, strap, blocks, towel, or bolsters for added support in certain poses. Don’t have these items? Check out our recommended yoga accessories:
