Celebrations are over and I feel great sharing a diet plan as we have been indulging, and now it’s time to get back on track. Since nobody wants to put on weight after celebrations, here’s the plan—-

IWB, Week 3 Diet Plan For Losing 4 Kgs Weight In 1 Month

This week will be strict, but feel free to adjust the plan according to your needs.

Some tips –

1. Boost your antioxidants intake this week to enhance your metabolism and aid in fat burning.

2. Avoid roti/rice for dinner this week. Opt for a protein-rich dish instead. Try to minimize carbs at dinner. You can select any protein recipe from here.

3. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

4. Avoid any cheat meals this week.

IWB Challenge Week 3 Day 1

7:30 AM Half a lemon in 1 glass of lukewarm water + 10 almonds
8:30 AM 3 Egg Whites
8:30 AM Half a cup of muesli + 1 bowl of skimmed milk
9:30 AM Tea/Coffee without sugar
11:30 AM Apple
1:00 PM 1 plate of salad + 1 bran chapatti + 1 bowl of any vegetable + 1 bowl of Daal + 1 cup of curd
4:00 PM Tea/Coffee without sugar + 2 Marie Biscuits
6:00 PM Fruit Salad (you can also have any 1 fruit)
8:00 PM 1 plate of green salad
8:30 PM Homemade vegetable soup (any) + sauteed veggies. Recipe here
10:00 PM If hungry, 1 cup of warm skimmed milk without sugar

IWB Challenge Week 3 Day 2

7:30 AM 1 glass of Methi Seeds water + 4 walnuts. Soak 1 tsp of methi seeds overnight
8:30 AM 3 Egg Whites
8:30 AM 1 small plate of Poha with lots of veggies
9:30 AM Tea/Coffee without sugar
11:30 AM Pear
1:00 PM Brown rice with veggies + 1 cup of curd
4:00 PM Tea/Coffee without sugar + 1 piece of dhokla
6:00 PM Sprouts
8:00 PM 1 plate of green salad
8:30 PM Moong Daal Khichdi + 1 cup of veggies + 1 cup of curd
10:00 PM If hungry, 1 cup of warm skimmed milk without sugar

1:00 PM 1 plate of salad + 1 bran chapatti + 1 bowl of paneer Bhurji + 1 bowl of Daal + 1 cup of curd
4:00 PM Tea/Coffee without sugar + 1 cup of boiled black Chana
6:00 PM Steamed/Boiled Corn
8:00 PM 1 plate of green salad
8:30 PM Cabbage and egg, recipe here. 1 cup of curd or buttermilk
10:00 PM If hungry, 1 cup of warm skimmed milk without sugar

7:30 AM Half a lemon in 1 glass of lukewarm water + 4 figs + 2 prunes
8:30 AM 3 Egg Whites
8:30 AM 2 idlis + sambhar
9:30 AM Tea/Coffee without sugar
11:30 AM Strawberries – 5
1:00 PM Brown rice with veggies + 1 cup of curd
4:00 PM Tea/Coffee without sugar + 1 piece of dhokla
6:00 PM Fruit chaat/platter
8:00 PM 1 plate of green salad
8:30 PM HomemadeA recipe for homemade vegetable soup and sautéed veggies is provided below:

For the vegetable soup:
– Ingredients: Various vegetables of your choice
– Instructions: Combine the vegetables in a pot with water, seasonings, and herbs. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Blend the mixture until smooth.

For the sautéed veggies:
– Ingredients: Assorted vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms
– Instructions: Heat a pan with olive oil, add the chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until cooked to your liking.

**Daily Meal Plan Overview:**

**Day 5:**
– 7:30 AM – Methi Seeds water with walnuts
– 8:30 AM – 3 Egg Whites
– 8:30 AM – Ragi dosa with peanut chutney/sambar
– 9:30 AM – Tea/Coffee without sugar

**Day 6:**

– 8:30 AM – Brown bread sandwich with paneer/cheese
– 9:30 AM – Tea/Coffee without sugar
– 11:30 AM – Orange
– 1:00 PM – Brown rice with veggies and curd
– 4:00 PM – Bhel, Tea/Coffee without sugar
– 6:00 PM – Fruit Salad or any fruit
– 8:00 PM – Green salad
– 8:30 PM – Cabbage and egg with curd or buttermilk
– 10:00 PM – Warm skimmed milk (if hungry)

**Day 7:**
