How to Create Low-Carb High Fiber Strawberry Yogurt at Home

I enjoy fruit yogurt, but the high sugar content concerns me. Here’s what I attempted today to satisfy my sweet cravings with a healthy snack of less than 100 calories. During my shopping yesterday, I picked up some delicious strawberries and raspberries, inspiring me to make my own favorite fruit yogurt.

When following a low-carb diet, it’s essential to increase the fiber content in your meals, which I achieved by adding a spoonful of psyllium husk (Isabgol). Learn about why psyllium husk is beneficial for those trying to manage their weight here.
