Consider Getting The Free Diet Plans Of India In Your Daily Routine To Cure Brain Fog

I had recently gone to meet my mother, an octogenarian who once headed a teachers’ education and training institution. She had always been known as a very sharp-minded professional but now she seemed to be very unhappy with her failing memory and felt like her brain and memory were covered under a sheet of fog. According to her, she was following a very healthy diet plan which was balanced in all nutrition values. Well, my mom has to be reminded repeatedly that she is going to be 85 soon and this failing and foggy memory is part of the aging process. Interestingly, her rant made me think about a similar state of mind of me as well as my daughter. I am 55 and my daughter is just 26 and a few days back we were also analyzing and discussing why we feel like having a foggy brain that is not as sharp as earlier. I understood that brain fog has become a universal problem now, no more specific to a particular age group.

So today I thought of talking about how our medical conditions and the diet plans we follow affect our brains. Another thing my mother told me was that people keep paying for different kinds of diet plans to lose weight and fight lifestyle problems but no one thinks about the easily available traditional free diet plans in India which can help in losing weight and maintaining good health too.

In a way, she was right in saying so. Do you agree with what my mom says? Do you also feel brain fog? Have you ever thought of the reasons behind this frustrating problem with memory dullness?

What is brain fog?

In today’s world, most people experience mental fog also known as brain fog. Mental or brain fog is often described as a cloudy feel in the head that makes one forgetful, causing confusion and lack of focus. Forgetting the location of things, tasks to be completed, names, and even important information or events of life become common occurrences.

There can be various reasons for brain fog like lack of sleep, overwork, and mainly stress. I personally know that brain fog can be really frustrating, but we need to pay attention to it before it becomes the cause or symptom of some other big issues like Parkinson’s disease, memory loss, and Alzheimer’s. If left unattended it can badly impact our quality of life too. To read a heart-touching first-hand account of a son whose mom was suffering from Alzheimer’s, click here..

Reasons for brain fog?

According to medical experts, mental or brain fog is understood to be caused by inflammation and hormonal changes. Not only affecting memory, but brain fog also leads to various other health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, irregular periods. Brain fog is known to be rooted in the modern-day lifestyle that most of us follow. It is caused by an imbalance in hormones and gets aggravated due to stress at work and daily life, sleep deprivation, and too much screen time.

First and foremost sadly enough electromagnetic radiation from computers, mobiles, and other such gadgets are one of the prominent causes of brain fog. Secondly, stress, which reduces blood flow to the brain results in a mental fog and poor memory. The next cause that is considered important is sleep deprivation along with lack of physical activity. But the experts agree to the one reason that has the worst effect on the brain is of lack of nutrition in daily diet.

Can brain fog be treated?

Self-Analysis is needed to treat one’s brain fog. It can have a great effect by changing the complete lifestyle. Here are the ways you should consider applying to fight this problem.

  • If you are a professional who cannot avoid computers and mobiles, then you need to take breaks in between your work and stay away from electronics on a regular basis.
  • Try to think positive as life will bring on challenges continuously and the key to stay safe is not to overthink and reduce stress levels.
  • Remember to get enough sleep. We all need 6-8 hours of sleep a day. Early to bed and early to rise is the best way to recover from brain fog.
  • Regular exercise is a must. Get a minimum of 30-40 minutes of exercise in any form to keep the oxygen flow on. Look for some fun ways of working out like this…
  • Change your diet… yes that is what will change everything for you.

As we realized that during our efforts to lose weight we cut calories and as a result, our nutrition gets affected. My mom says, follow traditional free diet plans in India and eat home-cooked food. That is so true as our country has such a vast variety of cuisine and from north to south to east to west, all kinds of traditional cuisines offer wholesome nutrition. We don’t have to spend even one extra penny on getting customized diet plans if we eat localized meals. A simple dal, roti, rice, and sabzi is such a wholesome nutritious meal. You can do it on your own but still, if you are mainly a junk eater for long, you can contact us here…

  • Eat home-cooked meals
  • Eat local
  • Cut coffee asap as according to my personal experience drinking multiple cups of strong black coffee played havoc with my life. There was a time when I was not able to do anything without gulping down strong coffee.
  • Add supplements to your diet like omega 3, Ashwagandha, antioxidants, and multivitamins.

Remember our brain and mental functions change with age. We are on a decline on a daily basis but here are ways to maintain brain function easily. Pay attention to your diet, exercise, and sleep to age with healthy brain activity.
