In today’s date, I will like to discuss about amla and it’s assistance in maintaining body health. Prior to that, I will let you know about my personal experience. On a normal day, at evening, I was not having an urge to eat. Hence, I informed my mother about it. Some days prior to this, my mother had made amla pickle which is loved by everyone in my family. She asked me to munch a bit of the same pickle. To my surprise, hardly after 20 minutes, I consumed my normal meal. Therefore, amla proves to be a good starter and an aid in digestion as well.
